We are a hands-on learning academy for insurance adjusters. Whether it is continuing education or starting a new career, we are here to help you get prepared for real world situations. We are here for people looking for a career change to insurance adjusting. We will set you up for a clear career path to adjusting by giving you the step-by-step instructions on the process and helping you with testing.

- Apply for your Arkansas License at www.nipr.com
- Enroll for our class. Enrollment
- Pay $500 deposit for our class.
- Receive the 10% discount code for Adjuster Pro.
- Sign in to Adjuster Pro at adjusterpro.com and complete the training.
- Complete the online training. (about 40 hours)
- Take practice test.
- Complete our hands-on training at our academy.
- Take the final with us. We will provide the monitor.
- Update your resume.
- Apply for non-residential license with other states.
- Start applying to IA firms.
- Make a plan with your family.
- Get your go bag and equipment ready.
- Start working.
